Terms & Conditions

In the cost given by Travel Clan or its representative related to taxi services

1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated herein.
2. Billing Policy (Fixed Duration Basis)
All bookings are charged based on the duration agreed at the time of confirmation, not on actual usage. Once a vehicle is booked, it is reserved exclusively for the customer for the entire duration.
3. No Refund / No Reduction Policy
No refunds, discounts, or adjustments will be provided for:
Early completion of the trip
Partial usage of booked days
Voluntary changes after the trip has commenced
Full payment for the confirmed booking period remains applicable in all such cases.
4. Amendments & Rescheduling
Any request for changes in travel dates or duration must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time and is subject to availability and approval. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.

Inclusions include ( only for and during the agreed journey plan) :

• Parking, Fuel, Driver’s Night halts and Food charges, Waiting charges and Heating charges. Apart from this , Unless anything is mentioned as inclusion specifically, it will be considered as exclusion.

Exclusions:

• AC ( Air conditioning )
• Pahalgam / Gulmarg /Sonmarg till hotel or main destination parking. Further onwards like Aru, Betaab,Chandan valleys ,Zero-point , Drass , Drung not allowed.
• Chained Jeeps required for Tangmarg-Gulmarg in heavy snow conditions.
• Chained jeeps required Gund-Sonmarg in heavy snow conditions.
• 9AM till 6 PM driver duty time, before or later overtime as per table below
• Road blockage, Govt. orders, weather or flight delay etc we are not responsible and no rebates will be there.

Terms

• Anything mentioned in written form in acceptable and discussable, written form can include WhatsApp, SMS ,E-Mail from the official phone numbers , mail id of Travel Clan. Apart from the mentioned above methods of communication everything else is considered as temporary and otherwise disposable.
• The cost /quote given at all times is as per the tour plan and never based on Day or Hours used.
• Cab/Taxi As per agreed price and vehicle in written . In case of non-availability of any specific vehicle it can be changed to similar class/type of vehicle without prior information at any point of time.
• Quotes given at any time are considered on Non-AC basis, AC is extra chargeable as per table below.

The above charges are for during the travelling journey only.

AC will be turned off on Hilly terrain , Steep slopes, and if driver deems necessary at any time.

AC Can not be turned ON for more than 10 minutes when the car is idle before or after boarding the cab.

• Cab will have standard Music system.
• With you starting from 9 AM till 6 PM Only, further chargeable as per the table below on hourly basis.

• Wi-Fi enabled on demand as per availability (via phone 4G hotspot on demand). 50 rupees / 1024MB’s used.
• Fit and permitted commercial vehicle by government.
• Insured as per commercial government rules.
• Cab can be upgraded or changed to similar category/class/type without assigning any reason.
• One day & one tour on major tourist destinations only. No Detours or extensions, unless mentioned and agreed prior clearly with Travel Clan representative in written form.
• 2 major destinations combined in 1 day will be considered 2 days. Unless discussed and confirmed prior in clear words with Travel Clan representative.
• Sightseeing at destinations (Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg,)are to be done by local village union taxi , ponies, horses, sledges, chained-gear require for Tangmarg to Gulmarg in Heavy snow conditions, ATV rides etc. Local restrictions in place for outside vehicles. Example of
  destinations are Aru Valley , Betaab Valley , Chandanwari, Zero Point , Zojilla , Dras , Kargil , etc
• Timing starts strictly by 9 am to 6 pm and one major tourist destination a day (including Srinagar drop/return ) OR as per agreed itinerary. Timing changes are welcome but it has to be informed , discussed and agreed prior. In case of changes in ongoing tours it will be charged extra as Travel Clan seems fit and genuine.

• The rates given are applicable for the same day only till 11.29 PM of same day. 30% advance for booking confirmation, rest 70% by or before  half the tour completes or 3rd day of the tour whichever is earlier.
• Permits not included as required for various places like Gurez valley, Kargil , Leh, Bangus etc.

Policies

• The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.

• Management is not responsible for your luggage’s /baggage.
• Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, Cartoon Boxes and etc any other articles that are prohibited under law.
• Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 15 Kgs, Travel Clan shall not take responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the passenger luggage.
• The arrival and departure of bus or cab may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons like traffic jams, convoy movements , VIP movements , Dignitary visits etc.
• Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and customer name
  changes are permitted with pricing changes.
• Pets and Animals not allowed while Journey plan.

• Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy :

• Before 60 Days cancellation fees of flat Rs 1000 is  applicable
• 30% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 59 to 10 days of arrival.
• 40% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 10 to 7 days of arrival.
• 50% package cost will be charged as cancellation fee if cancelled between 7-4 days of Arrival.
• No Refund will be given if cancelled within 3 days   of Arrival.
• No refund will be payable for any missed/ or unused services of the tour due to whatsoever reason.
• Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 7  days prior to the scheduled departure.
• NOTE PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE SAME ACCOUNT AS USED FOR MAKING PAYMENTS/ADVANCES

• Maximum capacity of Vehicles :

Sedan (Etios/SX4/Accent/Manza) : Driver + 3 adult passengers only, with Luggage.

Innova / Innova Crysta / Scorpio / SUV : Driver + 6 adults only with luggage.

• For any untoward incident Travel Clan can cancel booking at any point
  of the tour without assigning any reason. Be it ongoing tour, currently
  active tour , booked , unbooked ,confirmed , unconfirmed.

Innova / Innova Crysta / Scorpio

Package Inclusions:

• Accommodation as per package or as mentioned.
• 1 Night Houseboat stay as per package or as mentioned..
• Breakfast / Dinner as per hotel buffet as per package or as mentioned.
• Srinagar Airport to Srinagar Airport transfers and on the way sightseeing by private taxi as per plan only.

• All transfers & sightseeing by mentioned vehicle. For upto 4 persons Sedan and for upto 6 persons SUV Innova/Scorpio/Tavera . Rest as per plan and package.

• Tolls , parking , heater , driver’s allowance, food , accommodation.
• Complimentary 1 hour Shikara ride as per package or as mentioned.
• Anything mentioned specifically In written form as an inclusion.

Exclusions

• AC is NOT Included and in case used in cab during trip will be charged as per charges  mentioned in Cab policies.
• Entrance tickets for parks , museum etc.
• Any adventure sport or activity like pony ride , Gondola ride, ATV , rafting etc.
• Personal expenses like Room Service, Tips, Alcoholic drinks , Bottled water , Camera , Photographers etc.
• Restricted areas and optional tours like Inner circuit of Gulmarg, Chained Jeep Tangmarg to Gulmarg and back , Gund to Sonmarg and back in heavy snow condition, Inner village points Aru , Betaab, Chandanwari, Zero-point, Zojila , Drass etc.
• Any Expenses due to natural disaster , human error , road blockage , weather condition , flight delay etc.
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is an exclusion.

Exclusion : ✓ Lunch ✓ Any Entry Tickets for sightseeing. ✓ Air Ticket, helicopter Gondola Tickets, Any Entry Fees, Porter, Pony charges, etc. ✓ Anything not mentioned in inclusions ✓ Chained Vehicles, if require Not include .

Supplementary cost : ✓ Gondola ride at Gulmarg per pax 1st phase @800 // both 2nd phase @1,900 per pax. ✓ Sonmarg sightseeing @ 5000 per cab Guest have changed the cab because of union. ✓ In winter fron Tangmarg to Gulmarg , if the road closed then Snowjeep required. ( The cost for snowjeep will be extra , direct payment to the taxi Union ) ✓ Train /Airfare . ✓ Shopping. ✓ Garden entry

General Terms and Conditions:

• No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation segments, sightseeing tours or any other service. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• Room allocation is done by the hotel depending upon availability at the time of check-in in the category of room as specified on your confirmation voucher.
• No request of specific room number/ room would be entertained. No refund shall be claimed, if the services & amenities of hotel were not up to your expectations, it will be considered on case to case basis

• Based on availability of Rooms, Hotels can be shifted to Similar kind.
• Based on availability scenario at hotels the planned destinations might be shifted up/down.

Confirmations –

• For the confirmation of the package, you must deposit the 50% amount in our provided Bank account details. You can pay booking amount via Cash, cheque, NEFT, RTGS, Online Transfer in any of our given payment mode/ Paytm/ Bhim App etc… The rest of the amount has to paid in Full on Arrival.

Policy

• Accommodation in the itinerary at the mentioned hotels or the similar hotels.
• Meals will not be provided if traveller is not on time.
• The confirmation is subject to availability of Hotel/ Cab/ Airline tickets & rates
• AC will not work in Hill Stations.
• Rooms are subject to the availability.
• No reservation/rates/ would be guaranteed without successful receipt of booking amount.
• Safari Zones are subject to availability at the time of booking, in case of non- availability of core zone landscape safari would be provided. Travel Clan is liable for only those commitments, which is written in the package.
• The above rate is valid only for mentioned dates/ month only.
• Travel clan is responsible for only those services which is mentioned in the package .
• Travellers giving good reviews will avail 10% discount on their next booking.
• If we are not able to get the original hotels, shall provide equivalent/ alternative hotels. 
• Base category rooms will be provided in every package category unless asked for an upgrade or specific room category.
• Extra bed means Extra mattress. Heater charges would be extra & direct payable basis. If rescheduling is done then change in price will be chargeable by traveller.
• All other service other than inclusion would be on direct payable basis.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• If any hotel is not available at the time of confirmation, alternate accommodation will be suggested and confirmed only after approval from your side
• The package will be confirmed, only after your confirmation with 100% advance payment within 2 days of your Arrival. In case of non-payments as per schedule the trip stands cancelled.

• Cancellation : – Acceptance of cancellation is subject to approval by Travel Clan management  within genuine reasons ambit only. 

1. Before 40 days prior to check-in date/Arrival date Flat 5000 will be levied as service charges
2. Within 40 days till 30 days 50% Of the Total Package Cost
3. Before 29 days till 15 days prior to check-in date 80% of the Total Package Cost
4. Within last 14 days full package amount will be charged.

NOTE: For black-out days like sandwich weekends, Holidays (Christmas, Diwali, Eid, Republic day , Independence day etc)  , New Year, Festivals  etc NO Refund will be given in any cases.

In case of natural disaster Lockdown political changes the tour will be rescheduled with credit note of 3 month as per updated tariff and plans.
